Our fully equipped service centre provides a comprehensive range of automotive repairs and maintenance to keep your vehicle running at its best. We are experts in a whole range of services. This includes log book servicing, suspension and clutch repairs, brake servicing, fuel injection diagnostics, and automatic transmission work. Our team also specialises in all general mechanical repairs, tyre fitting, wheel balancing and alignment, and roadworthy inspections. As certified air conditioning specialists (AU44257), we are able to repair and optimise your vehicle’s air conditioning.

Meet John – Dedicated Automotive Expert & Business Leader
John embarked on his journey with Rapid Tune in 2009, joining the company as the Store Sales Manager at Rapid Tune Ferntree Gully. Despite having no prior experience in the automotive industry, John excelled. His determination and adaptability allowed him to quickly master the skills needed to succeed in sales, customer service, and team leadership.
Recognised for his outstanding performance, John was soon promoted to Victorian Area Manager. John has a passion for mentoring, training, and supporting others. These attributes, combined with his approachable and energetic personality, make him an invaluable asset to the Rapid Tune network.
In 2016, when the opportunity arose to acquire his home store, Rapid Tune Ferntree Gully, John embraced the challenge wholeheartedly. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to expand further in 2018, purchasing Rapid Tune Mitcham and successfully operating multiple locations.
After five successful years as a multi-store owner, John made the decision to refocus his energy on family and his original passion, the operation of Rapid Tune Ferntree Gully. Today, he continues to drive the business forward, delivering exceptional service and expertise to his valued customers.
